My color came out fantastic, exactly what I asked for. I did the all over color option and they even fixed a terrible color job done by another very expensive salon. The pricing is so very reasonable especially for someone with long hair that is routinely up charged for every service. Also while I was there longer than they initially state it will take it still far exceeded my expectations. I was there for a fraction of the time I spend at a traditional salon. I paid the extra to have my hair blow dried and Claudia did a phenomenal job. She took her time and made sure it looked perfect even though I’m sure my hair took her out of rotation for a while. Love this place! Been coming here for hair color for over 2 years. Color is done in minutes, in & out, the roots in 10 minutes, no amonia and my color last for a month! First – What a great concept. I made an appointment last week and showed up at my appointment time. They told me exactly their process and what they were going to do. I told them what product (drug store) I was using and they matched it perfectly. I sat down in a chair with Kaila who was extremely quick and pleasant. I was then walked to the processing room (10 mins) where they checked up on me to make sure all was good. 10 mins later I went into the shampoo room and had my hair washed. Lastly I went to an area where I could blow dry my hair myself. Seriously… the only think I was upset about is why didn’t I think of this first.
