I hate that I’m writing a negative review, but my experience today was upsetting and needs to be addressed. I’m going on vacation tomorrow, so I booked my appointment here 2 weeks in advance. I have only had positive experiences here in the past, and I was excited to kick off my vacation prep here. Today, I had the worst experience at the salon before and during my pedicure and manicure. As soon as I arrived to my appointment, I immediately found the color I wanted, but there wasn’t a gel to match. No big deal, I’m happy to find a comparable color. For some reason, this aggravated my technician. Due to her frustration with me, she treated the entire appointment with less than the bare minimum of effort. She proceeded to give me 2 swatches to find a match with, & I wasn’t able to pick a comparable color from the two, so asked to see another. She let me know how annoyed she was with a long sigh. In addition to this, my water was cold, so naturally I asked if she could please make it hotter- she tried to…. for about 5 seconds, without letting out any of the cold water, so that made it lukewarm at best. Every time I had to switch my feet it was aggressive. She did not care to file down any calluses with effort, they’re all still there. She didn’t fully heat up the paraffin wax for my heels, and when I pointed it out she just looked at my heel and kept putting on my sandal. At that point, I just stopped asking for anything I wanted because it became obnoxious at that point. The entire experience was so uncomfortable. Next, I had to sit through a manicure with her. She began by pushing back my cuticles, again, aggressively. She also did it without soaking them or using cuticle softener. She filed my nails different lengths, some were rigid. By the time she was finished, my polish was lumpy and I had polish on my finger tips. Usually I give a minimum of 20% gratuity because I have worked in the service industry and I know how much they are relied upon, but I could only give 15% because I give what I get. I want to note that there is a minimum 15% gratuity requested by guests to give. Maybe this is why she was not concerned with the quality of her work or less inclined to have a better attitude? This was extremely disappointing, actually infuriating, to say the least. Obviously, I won’t be back.

I like the nail color, lady was nice, however… 3/10 of my fingers bleed afterwards. They lady cut too deep into my skin…. These pictures were taken 5 hours after… still see the redness on my finger. Pedi and medi cost 75.

Had my second spa pedicure appointment here.I think they’re great. Very friendly and they pay attention to detail. Afterwards she came over to me and massaged my neck for two minutes. I recommend a try for sure

I’ve been here all the time, ever since they opened! I’ve always liked it here and trusted their professionalism. I’ve seen some unrealistic comments lately and I don’t know why. I took my 9 years ol daughter to do her nails, i agreed $52 for normal manicure, one single color with cherries design on all 10 fingers. When they were d0ne, my daughter told they didn’t put the cherries design because they didn’t have the design instead they put hello kitty design, when i was going out the door, the lady calls me back to pay $5 extra for the “hello kitty design ” I didn’t like the idea but I gave the cashier the $5 dollars . What got me irate was they want a tip MANDATORY of $10, if I didn’t have cash i could pay with card the MANDATORY tip, which I pay to avoid drama.. don’t recommend this place . If you want to get ripped off don’t go here
