I was so excited to get my hair done here and was horribly disappointed with my hair and service. After the hair color coming out completely different than expected the first time I came back again and received another hair coloring. Again, nothing like I wanted. I was told they would call me in a few days to figure a third time to come in and the good news is my hair didn’t fall out from the bleaching and stripping. I was never called back. I sent a message through the main site online explaining my situation. I got an apology and was asked to come to another location to fix my hair. Well, again when the time came to make those arrangements came, no call back. I also had to get my hair cut by another facility to fix my cut by Colorific, the stylist described it as “it looks like they forgot to put in some layers”. In the end I am out $150, my hair is damaged, had to be cut an additional 3 inches to fix the layers, and a hair color I don’t like. Then to be ignored by the company. Please take your business elsewhere.

Went in looking to get a fun color for my hair and was met by a disgruntled employee. She didn’t seem the slightest bit interested in what I had to say. She couldn’t give me an estimate for what the whole thing would cost and tried to talk me out of it. I saw the pictures on their website and assumed they were able to dye hair fun colors. I guess they are only interested in dying your hair if it’s bleach blonde. Very disappointed.

Very happy with my experience here! I came pretty unprepared honestly but Cara helped walk me through figuring out exactly what I wanted with my session and was super patient. 🙂 I made a very big change so I was extremely extremely nervous but ended up really loving the way it turned out. Definitely coming back when I need to recolor!

I have been a customer for almost 3 yrs. Most of the time my color came out pretty much how I asked. I have had several issues with how badly they cut my hair, they have attempted to fix it, but its still really off. The last time I was in, I asked the stylist to use the dryer and she argued with me, even went into telling me how she never uses the dryer to process color. Well that’s a complete lie, since she had done it to me previously. They under process so they can add 20 bucks to the bill by making you get a toner. Also as a client I should not have to smell the cigarette smoke on the person who’s doing my hair. The last time I was there I was also personally offended by the Stylist, she went out of her way to make a point to insult me. I will have to take my business else where.

She is great at what she does and very professional. The vibe there is very nice, no nonsense and friendly.
