everyone here is super friendly. They definitely ensured that my visit was pleasant. Pedicure and manicure were very nice!! So I have been coming here for over a year, my nail tech Cindy is the best, and I love her work so much that’s why I kept coming here and I tip her very good, but that lady is so mean. Each time I call her to make an appointment she makes it difficult for me, I wii call early on a Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday or Saturday and all she would say is “am busy” I have customer “ I kept wondering if I am not her customer. So today I walked in and I told her how unhappy n disappointing I am with her especially making it hard to get an appointment and that lady went off on me. She was screaming at me, was very disrespectful to me, and went to the back after she shouted at me like a child and I was calm on my seat. I waited n still tried to talk and apologize to her cox I didn’t mean to upset her but only telling her how I felt and that lady refused to listen to me. I left n went to another place to get my nails done. I have never been disrespected the way she did today. They can make good nails but my experience with this lady today made so so sad
