I’m from out of town and needed a pedicure. This place is a little hard to find. It is in the Herbergers building which is also the Watertown Mall. It is not the fanciest nail salon and it’s located in a mall but for me getting my nails done is all about the experience. I was taken as a walk in despite the nail artist already being busy and I got a nice long warm foot soak. She was very nice and during the nail service was constantly asking if she was hurting me or if my water was warm. If you want fancy this isn’t for you but if you want customer service and a feeling of warmth and comfort I’d choose Colorful Nails. (Side note they have a big color selection! )My rating is on pedicure service.

Waited 4 hours after my appointment time while he took walk-ins before me! Then refused to listen to me. I wanted gel acrylic nails and the length was double the length I wanted. He wouldn’t give me a choice on the type of nails I wanted! He only gave me the option of doing the dip! My finished nails were horrible! Too long and crooked… they looked a bit better after I filed them down. Would never suggest him… He also said he’d give me a discount but insted he over charged me. The dip was $60 yet I paid $80 and I still tipped him $10!! I had a horrible experience in the past this was my first time getting my nails done in 15 years! What a way to ruin nail salons for me! Btw these pics are after I fixed them myself!

My granddaughter had her nails done here. The woman was rough and cut the skin near the cuticle on two fingers, both cuts bled. The woman did not apologize and called my granddaughter a baby for being upset. See the pictures. Nail art

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. When I walked in the man took my hand and was judging my previous nails. I was there for FOUR hours because it took them that long to get my nails and two of my friends nails done (one of them was being done at the same time as me). I was cut four times and when i was bleeding she put nail glue on my cuts which seems unsanitary. My nails came out very chunky. They took my friends picture on their personal phone after she asked to not have her face in the picture. Not pleased with the service.
