Karen is amazing! After reaching out to her through Instagram she set me up for a consultation where she talked me through the process of what my hair needed. She gave me two options, one was what would be best for my hair and a more affordable option. I chose to go with her recommendation, she explained everything she would be doing and the price for every procedure so I wouldn’t be surprised the day of my appointment.
