Both my daughter and myself love to go here to get our hair highlights. Christine is extremely knowledgeable about color and was able to take my daughters dark brown hair to a beautiful blond color! People ask her all the time if it’s natural. Plus she and all the stylists care that you are happy with your cut and color . I have gone there for years and will never go anywhere else!

I’m not often one to review whether good or bad. But I have come to this salon a few times now and enjoyed it. However I will NOT be returning. And I advice anyone else to spare their change than come here. I walked in with shoulder length ash blonde hair and after paying 190$ I left with shoulder length ash blonde hair. Maybe one shade lighter. I had to blow dry my own hair (the first for me at this salon or any other) i was told on top of the 190$ it would be 25$ for them to blow dry. I’ve previously gone in for a full set of highlights with hair the length of my back for less than 190$ and it was blow dried, I also had them cut 11 inches off my hair when I needed a dramatic change, disappointing that not even the owner tried to help or even offer a discount, nothing.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve come here for the past 7 or 8 years but probably won’t anymore. I went in to get my hair highlighted and cut and was so excited for a new change. When I went in to get my hair done, I wasn’t greeted by Brooke or anything (no hi how are you or anything..). I didn’t know if she was the one styling me or not bc she didn’t say anything just walked me over to her chair. I sat down and felt super uncomfortable and awkward. I told her I wanted to get bangs and she shook her head and said “no. No you don’t.” And I was SO taken back. She completely dismissed the idea and told me how horrible of an idea it was. When she colored my hair it was silent. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and bothering her the whole time I was there. I never in my life felt like this getting my hair done EVER. I ended up saying to just rinse it out and I’d go home. She seemed super happy about it and didn’t even bother to ask why. I still tipped 20% because I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Sat in my car and cried. Brooke, i get if you were having a bad day, but watch how you treat your clients.
