Been coming here for months… Tip the students good they work hard! friendly and welcoming owners, overall warm environment… but I was recently put off by the fact that my open weapon carry choices made a student uncomfortable, I 100% support the choice of the owner telling me to not open carry anymore as to look out for their students, but as a responsible gun owner, I felt as if I was looked at as a threat for exercising my rights after months of going in there with my sidearm…. I think I’ll be moving onto a licensed massage therapist but thanks for the months of wonderful massages!

I have really enjoyed my time as a student at CSSOM. Joe and Debbie are committed to the success of their students. The laid back atmosphere at the school creates a fun learning environment. I have been impressed with the way the staff works to help students succeed not only while they are in the program, also in their future careers. Perhaps what has surprised me most about the way they run the school is their encouragement for clients (if they desire) to follow a student after the student graduates. This open-handed approach is a great encouragement for those of us looking at moving into our own businesses. I feel that they are doing a fantastic job preparing us for our careers both as business owners and massage therapists. Thank you!

This school is amazing! The teachers are great, the vibe is awesome and the knowledge is vast. Students are supported in their journey and pushed (with love) outside their comfort zones. I love the self study portion of the A&P and the hands on labs are so valuable. The class size is small and perfect for plenty of 1:1 attention and guidance. I have no doubt I will be a well prepared professional upon graduation. I wouldn’t choose to start this career with any other school! Thank you Joe!

I am a current student and I can genuinely say that this school provides the best learning environment. It’s always a good day full of new information in class and the place is always full of good energy. Joe is an excellent teacher and you can tell he truly cares about his students and encourages asking questions at any time. He gives plenty of one on one time and is always checking the students when we are practicing and gives us plenty of good advice to better our massage. I also think it’s great that he introduced us to Debbie, she’s an awesome aromatherapist and she is always open to questions as well. The list can go on and on of why I would recommend this school but it would be too long so I will just say that if you are looking to pursue a career as a massage therapist, look no further than CSSM.

I am almost three months into this program and I can already testify that this school has exceeded my expectations. The environment this school has is, in my opinion, the ideal environment when learning massage therapy. The classes are small so you feel at ease when learning something personal like massage. I also like how the program is set up for example, we do chair massages before we do full body massages, how for the bigger tests we get an extra week to study. Nothing feels rushed and Joe makes sure he prepares us well for anything.

The worst and most unprofessional educational experience I have ever had. The owners breached our contract and our agreement and terminated my education, after the state informed them they would help facilitate funding… Thank you for the complete lack of care and unprofessional attitude.

Positive: ProfessionalismI recently tripped over my dog late one night after getting out of bed, which resulted in a pulled upper leg muscle. It definitely hurt! The following day I was at the Colorado Springs School of Massage. I had made an appointment with one the school’s soon-to-be graduating students. The student massage therapist was incredibly professional, and knew how to address the muscle I had injured. I immediately felt better following my appointment, and the next day even more so!That experience convinced me the students enrolled there definitely receive high caliber training and instruction. I’m planning to schedule another therapeutic session with a senior student from the Colorado Springs School of Massage.I recently tripped over my dog late one night after getting out of bed, which resulted in a pulled upper leg muscle. Colorado Springs School of Massage Therapy is a wonderful school. As a previous student I can vouch the intensified program gives the right tools to kick start a massage career. The team at the school is kind and extremely helpful and the smaller class size encourages an interactive atmosphere. Despite the course being 1 day a week it is definitely an intensified program. I averaged working 20 hours a week between my studies and hours of massage. The course pushed me to get involved in the massage community in Colorado Springs in which I have made incredible connections and friendships. After completing the course I passed the national exam and started a wonderful career.

What a gem this school is !! I am from New York & we sometimes look to find fault and be suspicious. The school is small, it is located in a small strip mall and can be tricky to find. Do look carefully & be sure to find it! I was greeting warmly and made.to feet comfortable. I filled out my paperwork, was taken to a room to begin the process by my student therapist. The room was comfortable , clean and I was at ease. Cynthia was excellent. She was professional and made sure the pressure was comfortable for me. She explained what and why she was doing stretching movements. I have had many massages by students as well as therapists that have been in the field for many years. I can honestly say this was the best yet! Thank you , Cynthia for a wonderful experience. I will be back.
