I’ve been going to Jessica for probably around 4 years now and she’s fantastic! My husband also goes to her for trims. I love how she does my hair – she’s willing to experiment with new styles and colors and always does exactly what I ask her to do. She’s also very easy to talk to and is always very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this post…. smh so I found Heather Nicole on Instagram from a friend and I was told she was needing models for hair and so I contacted her via Instagram and we spoke for a while and we figured out what I wanted and she explained to me what she would be doing to my hair and explained pricing for it all and she was going to do it at a time when her mentor or boss I believe was around in case she needed help or had questions, well she is located 2 hours away from me and so I was willing to go down to San Diego for this and just make a day out of it and enjoy myself and so then I had to unfortunately cancel my apt at the time because my husband decided he didn’t want me to drive all the way down there for this when I could go anywhere else…. well I finally talked my husband into letting me do this haha and I told him she wanted to practice etc and of course I am all for helping people out when I can! So I went to message her to schedule for tomorrow and she had blocked me! well I messaged her from my other Instagram account because I wanted to know why she blocked me? What did I do? I knew I didn’t do anything to her and it made no sense…. so she then replied to be and said: I blocked it because I can’t reschedule… so I can book you but at full price, not the model price…. like I understand it’s hard to keep rescheduling, we had worked on trying to make a time work that would be good for both of us at the time and then she does this to me? That’s just not a good employee or someone i would want to do my hair, if you can’t work with a client or future clients schedule and then you are rude and block them, you probably shouldn’t be in that line of work…. I wish her the best, I hope that things change for her in the aspect of working with clients…
