After a couple years of looking for the right salon, I finally found it. Beth was just amazing, she took what I pictured and made it real. I went from such a dark color to blonde! She was honest and real about the process and expectations, loved it! Luckily my hair was good to me and the results were incredible!! The staff was nice, friendly and the salon was clean, I’ll definitely be back!

Positive: QualityI have gone to two previous salons since I moved back to NWI a while back and had the worst experiences. My hair looked awful and I walked out embarrassed than I did anything else.But I decided it was a new year new me kinda thing and decided to try again at a new salon (the color room crown point). Let me tell you. It was the best decision I could have made. I went in skeptical unsure if they could replicate what I wanted. But honestly. It turned out better than what I could have hoped for.Beth is phenomenal!!! I can’t recommend her enough. She walks you through everything she does. Asks about your budget. Takes her time and is so patient. I think she was more excited about the process than I was. I will only entrust her to do my hair from now on.And I can’t speak highly enough about their receptionist Rob. He was so sweet and made sure I was doing okay. He so tentative. So patient.Even the stylist next to Beth was so nice. She asked what we were doing. Now I’m a licensed Cosmologist as well. So I have a high standard. She was amazing! Super friendly and personable. Her head massage at the shampoo bowl almost put me to sleep. This was my first visit here and Beth fit me in very last minute after I had a stylist cancel on me the night before. After my appointment, I’m glad I went here instead! I had very very long hair that went untouched by a stylist for over a year. Beth gave me the perfect cut and full highlight and I feel like a new person! Highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I drive from Chicago to see Beth at the Crown Point location because she is absolutely amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond for me (and let me tell you how hard it has been for me to find a stylist like her)! She has taken me to short hair, layers, red hair, and now blonde; anything I want, she deleivers. I never leave this place disappointed and I appreciate just how friendly everyone is at this location. I would reccomend this location to any and everyone!

so disappointed I called in the middle of the week to make an appointment wanted a touch-u highlights, and a cut. the women of the phone said can I put you down for a consult I said no I want my hair done I don’t want to have to come back twice she said Beth has the time I can book the consult and then she has time to do color cut…. Guess what when I came in on time meet Beth she seems fine but she didn’t have time to do the color, cut … there is a cut booked 30 minutes after my arrival. Wasted my time ugh!!! i work downtown chicago i had an event that evening and they wasted my day, my time and i’m sure as your aware how Saturday appointments go at most salons do not like to add on color highlights and cut late afternoon on a Saturday that’s why i called to make sure you were able to do it very disappoint. reached out to the Manager she was going to look into my complaint and get back to me. i reach out to almost a week later so see if she looked into the matter and she then said she believed there was a misunderstanding. I would not recommend this place
