I get nothing but compliments from everyone that sees my hair. (Really, even my mom loved it) the hair color is very well blended, looks long and healthy! I can’t stop looking at my hair!

Critical: ProfessionalismPLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BECAUSE I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!! I never leave reviews, but I had to warn people about this. I only went here because of the good reviews online. I went in for a 9am appointment for a cut and some highlights. My hair hasn’t been colored in almost two years so it’s my natural color and very healthy. I showed a picture and the stylist Kendra told me it would be easy to do I have to perfect color for this. She trimmed my hair and started coloring me then her next appointment came in. She colored and cut at least 4 other clients while I was there waiting for her. She highlighted and low lighted me then used a toner and root smudge. I honestly only expected a highlight but I followed her opinion. When her assistant washed all this out and dried my hair it was 2 pm already. I’ve been there all day with no break and my color literally looked the same. I told her I didn’t like it and she said she could fix it and get it more like the picture by adding more highlights so I let her. This took until 4pm. So I was there from 9am to 4pm. I still hated the color after but I didn’t want to let her color it again or be there any longer. She didn’t cut my hair or fix my haircut anymore like she told me she would. I paid $337 all together which is INSANE. $62 for a haircut that took her 3 minutes and she never touched again. She didn’t style my hair at all. $250 for color which looks terrible and nothing like I wanted. Then I paid for the toner and root smudge which we colored RIGHT over because it looked so terrible after the first process. My hair is all different colors shades and tones it looks terrible. And to top it off I’m losing hair every time I run my fingers through it. I tried to contact Pam the manager Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and never got a call back. I called back Tuesday morning and they had the stylist Kendra call me back. I told her I’m unhappy with the color, the fact I sat there for 8 hours, how much I had to pay, the cut, the fact that my hair is falling out. She told me she could give me a complimentary deep conditioning or If I came back she could fix it. Of course I said no thank you. I asked to speak to Pam the one I’ve been calling all weekend to reach. They put me on hold obviously so they could discuss me, and Pam had an attitude when she answered the phone. I tried to explain my concerns and she told me I would have to come back for her to do anything. For one I live 40 minutes away and why would I let anyone there touch my hair again when no one cared the first time after I explained how anxious I was about getting colored for the first time in two years. I feel if Kendra would have focused on doing my hair and not running around servicing so many people at once my color would have turned out better. First time customer and I am so glad I came! Dimitra was AMAZING. Came in for a full color refresh and ash brown bayalage/sombre after a few years of me doing my own hair and Dimitra NAILED IT. I am so happy I have found a new stylist and new home salon! Thank you Dimitra! Flawless execution! Love that this salon is an Aveda salon and also has Kerastase products. I will be rebooking for more services with the salon as well!

Sierra was amazing!!! She waxed my eyebrows and was super inviting and took the time to listen to me on how I wanted them to look. They turned out amazing. Will definitely come back every time. I also got my first facial! She explained everything to me and then it was all relaxation after. It was so soothing and I learned some new stuff about my face

Don’t support a business owner that treats their staff and customers poorly. I have been a customer here because of the two nail technicians, Lauren and Megan. Now are both gone. My experience was this. The two nail technicians were great, my only reason for going there for as long as I have. The owner has never said a single word to me and I’ve never seen her talk to any customer. The chairs used for nails were thin wood, my nail tech ended up needing surgery on her tailbone. After she returned, there were no chair changes. A couple of customers and I thought we’d get the two nail techs new chairs as a gift for Christmas. I called the salon to consult them and the manager said she needed to consult the owner. I offered to buy nice quality chair and something that fits decor. What I got was no response. Spring 2022, there were several hair stylists all in a short time period that left with stories of poor treatment by owner. In May one of the two long term nail technicians left because of poor treatment by the owner. My nail technician was on vacation a week ago. Instead of calling me to cancel or giving me the choice to switch to another tech, the owner moved customers to her new nail tech. When I sat down I told her my preferences about filing my nails on the sides to avoid any issues, including filing shorter. The new tech couldn’t get all my polish off after over 40 minute, she didn’t have appropriate quality acetone. She began to file my nails in conflict with what my preferences were. I voiced my concern and she stated she had to use the file to get the polish off. I asked her to soak instead of filing but she didn’t respect my ask. She didn’t ever get all the layers off my nails. She never filed my nails shorter. She didn’t touch my cuticles. I had a few nails that had tears. Instead of gluing only the tears, she coated my entire nail glue. I asked her to lift the tears and make sure glue got under the tear, she replied she would put two layers on. When the polishing was over, there was black polish smear on my skin well above my nail bed. She used the acetone to try and wipe it off. She couldn’t get it off and said I’d have to wash my hands a few times to get it off. I could see bumps in my nails from unremoved polish, the bad shape of nails, and black polish on my skin. I went to the front desk and calmly quietly said I don’t feel I should have to pay for my service. I was going to have to go somewhere else to get them done. I said “she needs help”. I didn’t degrade her or itemize all that had happen. The receptionist said I understand. The next day I got a voicemail from the owner stating that I was no longer a customer and she was canceling all of my future appointments. She never asked what happened. I notified my nail tech on vacation. She called the owner to complain about how it was handled. The owner responded she’d be happy to lose an employee also. The only happy ending is that I don’t have to patron this business anymore and can get my nails done with my outstanding nail techs at businesses that appreciate their customers.

Lana was very informative providing her professional advice for daily maintenance and provided a very relaxing environment! I left there feeling relaxed and good about my skins future.
