I’ve only been there two times so far and both times I got a French tip gel pedicure. First time I got white and this time I got black, so far overall good experience but both times has been pretty busy so you will have to wait a while but other than that the people are nice and the prices are decent and there is a two dollar extra fee when u pay with card.

So i went in tuesday to have my uv full set refilled i paid $80 within 2 days it fell off went back the friday had them replaced had to pay $10 and here i am 1 day later the same nail that was fixed is again broken. I would never recommend this place. I do uv full set for longevity its the 1st since doing this in 2 years the structure just lifts up and what hurts is i live far and the gas price makes me feel violated all angles

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve had it with this nail salon. It’s overpriced! Countless times I have given them the benefit of the doubt but today, I had it. Employees are rude, they rush to complete your nails. You can only go to a selective few to get a proper manicure and pedicure. If you even try to speak up as one should- employees catch an attitude as if what they’re doing looks good. Mind you, I am paying you MY money to do your JOB. If I do not like something fix it, do not argue with me simple. They have to have it their way or no way. As I presume they also speak about you in their language.

These people are so so rude!!! They talk about you like you’re a dog right in front of you and can’t even speak English. So expensive and JENNY is sooo rude and I will never go there ever again! They messed up my toe nail and it chipped. I went to get it fixed and they charged me. I said no problem but she still proceeded to talk about me to everyone! I was so embarrassed. The square head guy was rude when I tried to talk to him. We black people patronize them and they should not ever treat us this way. We are the reason they have a business. Well I found a new place to do my nails. Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Enough is enough! At some point you realize that putting up with poor customer service just to get your nails done is ridiculous. Go elsewhere! Yes some of the techs are talented, but it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. They aren’t professional. They speak harshly, talk about customers & they don’t follow instructions. Save your money & time.

They feel as if they should do what they want to do. mind you , if you dare to say anything, OMG the attitude. I can tell because of their reactions and other techs looking and commenting in their language. They don’t clean under your nails, they rub off the top of my fingers and if you dare make a sound, the attitude. They are so rude and ruff. Always in a rush to do your nails and it’s like they tell you any price that pops in their head. I’m honestly fed up. Treat your paying customers with respect

So this is my seco6time coming, and I love my new set. The place is a little small and can be crowded, but the staff are very nice and pleasant. They have tons of colors to choose from. And the prices are amazingly reasonable. I came in today. And did a soak off of the old set, got a new setcwith nude powder acrylic, and glitter power on top all for 80 dollars. At my old spot I would paid way more for that. I will travel the distance to come here for my nails and pedi to be done
