I’ve been going here for years. Every time I go they’ve made some sort of cosmetic improvement whether it’s a comfier chair, new desks, fresh coat of paint, etc. which always makes it fun to come into. Everyone here is nice and takes great care of their customers.

Critical: QualityI tried this salon out for the first time last week for a mani/pedi. I had a great experience while there – my nail tech was friendly, the chairs were comfy, the salon was clean, the color options were plentiful. I left happy with my nails and experience. However, 3 days later and my gel polish chipped and started lifting on a few fingers. I was out of town and couldn’t get to the salon to fix. After one week since getting them done, 9/10 nails are lifting. I had a great experience while there – my nail tech was friendly, the chairs were comfy, the salon was clean, the color options were plentiful. I left happy with my nails and experience. So this review is not one I wanted to write but I feel like it’s important to be transparent. I wanted to like this place and I promise you, I’m a good customer/it doesn’t take a lot to please me. My mom and I went here to get our nails done for her birthday. I don’t know where the communication breakdown was but I was so frustrated and disappointed by the time we left. They were about to paint my mom’s nails without giving her a manicure (no cuticles pushed back, nothing trimmed) until she said something. The woman who did my acrylics didn’t even ask me if I wanted a manicure (I haven’t gotten my nails done in close to 10 years) and apparently I’m just supposed to know to ask for a manicure with the acrylic automatically? I think I was just confused so maybe if they explain what each option comes with, that’d be helpful. I spent almost $160 here by the time I left. And I was unsatisfied. Unfortunately to say I won’t be back and I recommended my mom who lives near doesn’t go back there either.

Then they said it would be to long once they were available.I stated that it’s not my fault they are choosing to close early and not be available I’m working. They then hung up on me.I faithfully get my hands n feet done every 3 weeks. My polish never lifts or chips. I attempted to schedule online. The online scheduling feature was a huge reason I chose them as it was a last minute decision and I wanted to go the next morning. I schedule and it showed they had a bunch of openings. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me they couldn’t take me. Didn’t try to reschedule or anything. So I called Techno Nails right down the street and they fit me in right away even though they were busy as well.

She was by herself for a bit yesterday she had gotten busy but she just kept going talked with everyone and was super professional. The other staff came in and wasted no time in helping out. I have gone to another nail salon and everytime I have gone to the other nail salon they rush and end up hurting every one of my fingers but kandy took her time and was Precise even when she had gotten busy she still took her time.
