First time at this salon. Been to many other salons in Jacksonville NC area and so far this has been my best experience. I had an eyebrow and lip wax and Annie did an excellent job. I also had Annie service my nails (dip powder). She did an amazing job shaping my nails!! She also paid very close attention to detail and was thorough with her work!! I would highly recommend Annie. The only downside to this experience was the price. I think she said nail shape was $10 more and I’m used to only paying $5 more for nail filing/shaping. I thought this price a little unreasonable considering my natural nails were already previously filed to coffin shape, and I just wanted them a little more narrow. Regardless though, this was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this salon and scheduling your appointments with Annie!! Thank you Color Nails and Spa and thank you, Annie!!

Employees were very nice. I got a pedicure with my sister, we both did the deluxe. The gentleman doing my toes was sweet, however he put the nail polish on so thick it took over 5 hours to actually dry. All of my toes ended up getting scuffed and scratched. I have a feeling gel polish was used by how sticky the nails are. Very nice people however will not be returning due to the price and quality of my toes. Very disappointing. Traveled from out of state to pay $50 just to have to redo them myself.

I went here about 2 weeks ago for a full set and They turned out so beautiful. I definitely had a very unique experience! I showed up as a walk in and they got me right in. I went during the storm and even with the power going on and off they finished my nails. I unfortunately don’t remember my nail techs name, but they did an awesome job. I was very impressed with the customer service and quality. I am due for a full and I cannot wait to go back!

I would never attend again this salon due to them refusing to paint my kids nails . They cried at first for 1 minute then sat for over and hour and a half quiet and patient and excited to get their nails done, picked a color and everything and yet they refused to do their nails just because they cried for a few minutes at first . Kids cry. They never had their nails done they didn’t know exactly what to expect and after watching me get mine they realized it was okay and were back to being excited. Yet they still refused to do their nails: it’s so sad that my children were refused I will never return.I can’t believe how mean people can be to children. Thankfully we went to a different salon who are extremely kind to children and were able to turn their day around.

This place is amazing and the gentleman that worked on my nails was so patient with me and made sure I loved my nails before walking away everyone at this establishment are so kind and so willing to work with you! I went to a nail salon up the road and they were so rude and unkind and when I decided to try the colors nails and spa they worked with me on the color and nail style I wanted and they have been amazing!! I will be coming back here for all future nail needs

They are very good at what they do. My nails are always well done and I’m generally satisfied with their work. Diana is amazing! My only concern is the inconsistencies with pricing. I did 3 services two weeks ago, one of them being a full set. Today, I did two of the three services done two weeks ago, but instead of a full set I did a fill. My bill amounted to the same price. I have never gotten my nails done anywhere before where the cost of a full set is just as much as a fill. In the past they had a price chart on display in the salon but they no longer do. It would be helpful to have a visual because none of this makes sense.

I love this place !!! I have had several people do my nails and they are very detailed and professional. My favorite thing is that they are honest about the wait time if there is one. Every nail salon in Jacksonville that I have been to and there have been many … they tell you the wait is the “ famous 10 minutes” and 30 minutes later you are still waiting …. Not here! The are super clean as well! Highly recommended!!
