Service was horrible. I sat inside for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. I then called from my cell phone to get someone to help me… to later be scolded like a child because I didn’t like the shape or designs on my nails after the nail tech confirmed that she could do the work.

Woman was nice, started a conversation. Showed her a nice design and asked if they could be shorter than pictures and she said yes, when we were doing the design she said she couldn’t do the exact one because of the length of the nails even after she said she could. She would stop and talk to co-workers about other clients who weren’t here in the process during my nail appointment . The one in the phone is what I wanted and this is what I got.

I went there with my mom and grandma. I got acrylic nails and my eyebrows waxed and they messed it up they made it thin even though I told them to shape it up they made two of my nails crooked. They did my mom eyebrows and completely messed it up. The lady made a bold spot on eyebrows when my mom pointed it out the lady said it was already there even though it was not there before. Me personally I felt rushed and it was very overpriced. I’m never going there agin.

I come here every month only for my nails bc they last me that long when I go to RED only. She is the only one I trust. Ive tried multiple people & RED is the best when it comes to Dip powders. If your looking for acrylic Michelle is ur go to girl. I recommend scheduling an appt. Walk-ins get mad bc they wait for long periods of time esp if salon is busy. I make appt & always get attended. I do not come here for anything else but the dip powder mani.

Went for a acrylic fill with two designs- was charged $60 plus their $2 debit card fee that they shouldn’t be charging. Never in my life have I paid $60 for a FILL with two designs. Supposedly, the fill price is not including polish .. From FL to NY, I will never come to them again! You can not nickel and dime for everything! Acrylic nails

When you get there, expect a long wait time. Do not be in a rush because there will be a crowd. Be sure of what you want before they start cause they will rush you as they are trying to get to the next customer. Veryyyy overpriced

Absolutely filthy salon. I went first thing in the morning when they just opened and there were real nail clippings on the station I was at, the sinks look like they’re never cleaned, the floors were disgusting. Overpriced and definitely not sanitary!
