I went in super excited to treat myself since I hadn’t been able to for a while. I left very very disappointed due to the service, like I am genuinely disgusted by the way I was “taken care of”. The sole man who was in there who seemed to be the manager was truly awful towards me. I left that place defeated. You guys don’t even know how initially excited I was.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHorrible service. I got acrylics and the nail tech did not let them dry properly so they smudged. Poor quality that once I got home I was able to take the paint off with nail polish remover which I didn’t know was possible for acrylics ?! I also asked for a specific design and the nail tech tried to convince me to change the design because she wouldn’t admit she didn’t know how to do it. Definitely not worth itHorrible service. Horrible service and personal experience! They aren’t worth I️t girl. And the $5 dollar discount for being a “student” is a lie, then they ignore you when you notice/ advice them of an issue in the technicians work or attitude. Plus me and my friends nails broke off a WEEK later for a price of almost $50. What a joke. Never again.
