I’ve been coming here since 2014! Long is my nail tech. He is the absolute best! You are always greeted warmly by the staff, they take care of you & treat you like family. I get gel manicures twice a month & my hubby & I get pedicures monthly. Vanessa, Long, LeAnn are all amazing! Make your appointments NOW!

I will never be coming to this place again! I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was amazing no complaints there but the nail tech who did my manicure did not know what she was doing! I had previously got dip powder nails and loved them from a different salon but I went to this place and wanted dip instead of just giving me a new color she was doing an entire new set ripping off the previous nails I had. Ripping off dip powered nails is BAD. It is a huge no no because it damages your nails. Not only that but the lady did a terrible job! Please do not come here! I absolutely hate my nails and have to go get them redone. Dip powder nails do NOT look like this.

This is the 2nd time this happened at this salon. I go in for a service and like the tech that did my nails. They give me their card and tell me to make an appt with them next time . So I do. Apparently they take walk ins even if they have an appt so the person with the appt has to wait. The first time it happened, I waited 20 minutes before walking out. Today, I got there 10 minutes early and was asked if I could wait because my appt was for 10:30. Of course I will wait until my appt time. I ask if she will be done by 10:30. She says yes… 10:30 comes and goes… she’s working on someone else. A little honesty would have been appreciated. Tell me how long so I will know… my time is just as valuable as theirs. I ended up leaving again after waiting until 10:45 with no expected time she would get to me . Again, I didn’t get my service done. I have them another shot but I’m done. This isn’t how you run a business.

My first visit was pretty good. The lady was a bit rough but granted they took me as a walk in and she had another appointment so she was a bit rushed however my nails were really nice. I went back in for a fill and they wanted to charge me more than a new set just to add a color. A full set was 60 and they wanted 75 for a fill with a color added. The lady who did my nails was nice butttt when I pointed out that my nail color looked different she said nothing. Safe to say the service is ok but I felt like I was getting ripped off and I will not be going back. They lost a customer. I don’t mind paying but I do mind getting ripped off

Critical: QualityPersonally they were good in the beginning when they had their original staff but once they changed it, it went awry. Every time i got my nails done here they were very much rough and made some of my nails bleed regardless of when I told them to be a little nicer you know. I went with my mom once and my moms nails were supposed to be French tips (the curved version) and the lady made them square. She might as well should’ve just painted the whole nail and yes she let her know but I guess they don’t really listen here. My nails were okay but once again a little painful as usual I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. the nice comments were from 2 years ago but this review is written in 2021 trust me. The staff is professional, friendly, and very skillful in their craft. The two locations Iv’e patronized, were nicely decorated and clean. The staff practiced using safe and clean hygiene as well. I will patronize the Color Nails establishments whenever I’m in town.

I’ve been here a few times now and have really enjoyed the service. I have seen Anna and Mihn, they both have done a great job on my pedicures and Anna has done my gel nails which look awesome. I travel to Las Vegas all the time, and this is always my first stop. I will continue to come here.

Highly disappointed! I have been going to this place for a year and never had an incident up to now. I have waited a week to write this review as I did not want to write anything while being upset. I have back and neck issues and I can’t do my own nails. I also work from home and I like to have my nail spa time and relax. This time I was treated awful and the person that did my nails did a kindergarten job on my nails. I did not have an appointment and I was early, but the owner said sit, ten minutes and someone will be here. I asked if I should come back, make an appointment and he said, “No, No, ten minutes, we take care of you.” I waited, I am in no hurry and who does not like to sit on the massage chairs. Employees started coming in and I was take care of by a lady that started my pedi and someone else wanted to do my hand nails, but due to the last time they did it that way it hurt my shoulders because as the customer I was having to twist and hold my arm up while the person did his part, so I asked that I would like to go to a table after the pedi. The lady that was doing my pedi was told to go to someone else and the gentleman started coloring my toes. That was fine, but then he started doing my hand nails from the place where the pedi gets done. I told him that I would rather go to the table because I have physical medical issues and that I did not want to hold my arm up, so he gets a pillow and that did not help because he still kept my arm up at times and when he had to the other hand, I had to twist my body. If that was not bad enough, I could not believe that he made a mistake in the color ( I didn’t care, he just had to take it off) but he was going so fast that he did not want to put the base coat back on. He must think I am just stupid, because he said that he already put it on, but I asked him,
