I came here because I had such a good experience with my nails but the pedicure I just received made me wish I never stepped foot in here. The lady was so rude and aggressive. I was afraid to move at all because she would hit my foot down and would just grab my legs/feet. I’ve never felt so rushed through a pedicure. You’re supposed to relax and enjoy this, I was on edge the whole time. There was nothing to this pedicure besides getting my toes cut and color on. If you want to enjoy yourself I’d go somewhere else unless you’re into your nail tech being extremely rude and snarky towards you. Never again.

I stopped by today for a manicure and wish I would have kept driving. The guy who started to work on my hands acted like he was ticked off at the world and took it out on my hands. He was overly aggressive to a point that I was truly afraid of him. After partly removing my polish I had enough. I asked him what was wrong with him and he said, “Nothing, this is my normal self.” Well No thank you! I paid for the partial polish removal and could not leave quick enough. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place!

I’m an infrequent customer, but every time I do get my nails done I know I will be getting the best service. I walked in tonight around 5:15ish after a bad day and I asked if they could get me in. They very kindly said yes. I’ve been in retail since I was in high school, and I know that I was “that customer” by asking, but they were nothing but courteous. I wish I had got the gentleman’s name who did my nails, but he was absolutely great and a great representation of this business. We didn’t finish until about 45 minutes after closing, and I felt awful but they made sure to let it be known that it was no trouble at all. I walked in tonight around 5:15ish after a bad day and I asked if they could get me in. They very kindly said yes. They took me as a walk-in. My wait wasn’t long. I have to say I appreciate how meticulous Kevin is. He did an amazing job on my pedicure. I will definitely be going back. I can’t wait to get my nails done next time. They have a great selection of colors in dip powders. Many places have a very limited selection. Thank you Kevin!! I feel wonderful.

I’ve been to this location a few times and prefer to go to one technician. I walked in and when greeted and asked what I was there for I replied I wanted a gel manicure and asked if Kim would be available. The man who greeted me said “ask her yourself” and walked away. Kim has always been the only one that has ever been polite and kind to me which is why I prefer to see her, I left right after that interaction. I wasn’t rude or dismissive to the man who greeted me, his behavior was completely unprofessional. It is not unheard of to prefer to see the same person for a service as personal as this. Very disappointed.

I just got dip done to my nails and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I did read a lot of the reviews before going and I was hesitate because of it. I can see how people may perceive them as coming off rude but all the employees addressed each customer so what more can you want. You can tell they work none stop and I’m sure talking to customers would be a distraction if you want such beautiful work done. Lucy did my nails and I’m looking forward to working with her again.
