My daughter was going out of town and got her nails done here and within 24 hours two of her nails broke. My acrylics are super thick and bumpy and I have polish on my cuticles. Not to mention the fact that while were getting our nails done they were bad mouthing the salon that they get started with. Sorry but that is just not very professional and not good business.

Kay is amazing and kind and really took her time listening to what I wanted. Not to mention I absolutely love my lashes. I feel like they look natural and they were exactly how I described to her that I wanted them. The entire group here is extremely customer service oriented. I am so grateful to have a place like this in Santa Rosa Beach. Oh, and not to mention it’s super clean!

I made a same day appointment for my daughter & I to both receive pedicures. I made it for the time they offered. As we waited to be seated, another woman walked in with no appt. She was seated and they began her service. They then seated my daughter and I. An hour went by before I finally left untouched. My daughter received her pedi and I was asked to wait for a technician that was busy because they were short staffed. Which I do understand… but they started another person in front of me. I’m a patient person but an hour wait while the person I was with was nearly completed is too much. Especially since I DID make an appointment.

I have a gift certificate from May, which I purchased for my husband . I went to use it today, assuming like most gift certificates it was good for a year. Well it was only good for three months. So, I paid $100 and they refused to honor it. Not even an “I apologize. ” This is absurd. Ripped off.

We chose this place on our vacation and it did not disappoint! My stepfather had his first pedicure and they are so clean during this time. They also strongly suggest masks plus wear gloves and keep everything they use clean and wiped down. Hands down a five star place!
