Have been going there for years and recommended them to everyone. Well in the last few months the quality and customer service has declined. I was told that there would be no issue with doing a specific design and the nail tech did not do what I wanted at all. They were supposed to be for my birthday celebration and I was so upset I had her remove the design and just give me color and no design. A friend of mine decided to go after me recommending her some months ago and was very unsatisfied with her nails as well. Such a shame, I really liked this place.

My daughter brought me here to get my nails done. She asked for Trang which she knows is a great nail technician. I got a pedi and a gel acrylic mani. She was absolutely wonderful. Mind you this was my second time ever getting acrylics. Love the end result they look so natural!!!! Very nice and friendly place. I’ll be coming back soon.

Terrible experience and the worst customer service. They are only working as fast as they could to finish their shift and get paid. I asked for a normal nail art for valentines and she told me she could do it, yet it was terrible. First the pedicure was too fast and some nail polish was outside my cuticles. She redid my nail art but still ended up messing my whole nails and it looked like 5 year old did my nails. She could have said no from the start and not try out with me. She still charged me for it!!! I was too upset that day to even say anything back and just left.

It was done fast, no scrupulousness. You can see in a picture that some parts are not covered. There are color on a skin that wasnt removed. She was making manicure for me and someone else at the same time. Try to do as fast as possible. Its a first time that i had manicure in states and i didnt like it. I am used to perfection, spending an hour on my manicure and paying 10euros!

I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she executed them nicely! She took her time and payed close attention to detail. To this day, the nails have no lifting and only one gemstone fell off. I went in for a full set with Trang about a month ago and she did a wonderful job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she executed them nicely! She took her time and payed close attention to detail. To this day, the nails have no lifting and only one gemstone fell off. I’d recommend that when you come in, you ask for her! She’ll do a great job :)!

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and it was wonderful. I chose to go with Trang due the positive reviews and let me tell you that I didn’t regret it not one bit. I love this place! They are always courteous and pleasant. I will never let anyone else do my eyebrows as Lucy is amazing. Their pedicures are great and they always take their time to give extra massages which is much needed in my book. Sometimes they are busy because of the great service but it would never deter me from coming back because of the great service they provide.
