Gave a good gel mani 3 weeks ago was fully satisfied but the way they took it off by filing my nails with scratches that now need to be buffed to even look presentable. I asked why can’t they remove my gel by peeling they said thats the way but couldn’t understand. I think just because I wanted a removal and not a new mani they acted fast and rude. Kept saying how the gel is removed as they filed the top and french nude gel remained. Another lady then scraped it off. My nails have never looked so bad in my entire life! She even cut my square nails to horrible round shape without asking. And yeah kept insisting to pay $5 by cash. Made rude annoying remarks for using my card for using my card for just $5 removal.

The manicurists/pedicurists are all very nice and talkative. They even offer positive encouragement when you’re deciding between colors! They also did a good job with my nails, with neat filing and cleaning up cuticle beds.

i’ve been going here for maybe 3 years almost. i recently got acrylics and one lady did them so sloppy. i had cuts all over my fingers. the 3rd time i got my nails done she ended up cutting my fingers on 6 different fingers. and those cuts stung and were painful. they’re pedicures are great and they’re always so kind and patient, but they can be sloppy with your nails and not really care about it

Wonderful and clean nail shop. The staff are very personable. I’ve only did my pedicures here so only can review pedicures. They have various pedicure spa packages that you can get. I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and happy with the services. Would recommend.

I’ve been going since they first opened (back when manicure were $5 and pedicures were $10 (now, it’s a little more expensive) Good service, experienced, long tenured staff. Since COVID, they are appointment only. Call em up, give them a try!
