I’m traveling for work and needed a new set. Tina is amazing and saved my experience. I made an apt for 2:30 for pedicure and full set. I got there and waited almost 40 min before my feet were in water, I hate when places do that… but Tina saved the day!!! She always asked for my feedback before going forward. Love the shape the color and she nailed the design I wanted !!!!

This was my first time visiting and probably my last. I walked in and waited about 15-20 mins to get seated. No big deal i went on a Friday and it was busy. Once seated I was not greeted and the nail tech seemed annoyed that i was asking to get a shellac manicure and not a full set. She sort of kept pushing me to get one when i told her twice that I did not want one. The manicure felt so rushed she was done quickly. It is now Tuesday and polish looks like it is about to peel off my nails. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

Angel did a quick shellac for $33.00 and I love it. Hadn’t been to a nail shop in years! She was nice and friendly. Lots of shellac color options. Both pictures are shellac.

I got a gift certificate for my birthday that I was not informed expired and Apparently they do and they have no plans on fixing it or working with me of any kind. It’s nice to know they got paid and I got ripped off. I just wanted to spoil myself for my birthday this year now that I finally have me time and the gift card paper thing was found again cuz it’s not a proper gift card someone can carry in a wallet or anything. When I called the place to talk about what could be done I was offered nothing.but she kept repeating (manager on duty) that it was expired and that was that.

I used to come here back in 2017 when I lived close in Aurora, and had pretty good work done each time I went, however now I’m dissatisfied, I was charged 70 dollars for French tips that could have been done WAY better, the Nail tech barely spoke and seemed a little annoyed at first, my nails have bubbles, and the French tip painting is too low down for my liking on top of the underline being uneven, not sure if there’s new management but I will not be returning, I didn’t feel very welcome or like I got what I paid for!.

Overpriced location. Ladies talk bad about customers and get offended when you don’t tip them well.. when u talk about my small 9 yr old daughter and mention her uni brow she’s already self conscious about you won’t be receiving a 20$ tip from me
