I have been going to Color Me Hair Salon for almost a year..no issues at all. Today I thought my appt. was at 4:15 but when I got there they told me it was at 3:00 and they close at 5:00 and I missed my appt. Its absolutely possible I made the mistake but even so I said if it was at 3:00 and I didn’t show up..don’t you call to see where the client is? I could have been there in five minutes. They said they don’t do that..they assume if you don’t show up something happened. Yeah..I always call if I can’t make it unless I’m lying dead in a street so god forbid that was the case they could care less what happened to you cause they aren’t calling you. The hairdresser apologized but didn’t even walk over to her book to try to reschedule me. They just let me walk out..oh..and the owner was listening to this and said nothing..way to do business! So goodbye Color Me Hair Salon because right down the block there is an amazing salon..they took me in..treated me like royalty..my hair looks amazing and I guess things do happen for a reason.
