Michelle was wonderful! She made sure to invest in extra time to get to know my hair history in order to determine what was best for me and made sure to establish expectation management (what she can do and what she can’t do). I appreciate the honesty she provided so that I wouldn’t be disappointed because Instagram can be very deceiving and different hair types react differently with hair treatment/coloring. She gave me a free hair trim with my partial highlight service to blend in my previous balayage from a different salon I went to. I recommend seeing Michelle for your hair needs. I’ve included my before and after hair pics for reference.

It’s been years since I went to a salon to cut my hair (I usually cut it at home… myself… terribly). My coworkers recommended ColorFX and I was so happy with my haircut! I was able to get a haircut with Michelle the day of calling! It’s been years since I went to a salon to cut my hair (I usually cut it at home… myself… terribly).
