For almost a year I have been bleaching and coloring the two front strips of my hair with different fun colors. A couple weeks ago I went to have it touched up professionally for the first time, with the goal of getting the strips to a burgundy color. Myriam was kind, but I honestly walked out a little disappointed because it was a much brighter and warmer red than I had tried to ask for. I didn’t say anything because I was in a rush and felt guilty complaining. But after a single wash, the ends of my hair faded to a red orange, and it was so bad I just had to say something. I was especially upset because it was $100 just for the color alone (and I’m accustomed to doing it myself for significantly cheaper).

This is a first class salon. My hairdresser is Myriam. I have had no less than five people a day compliment me on the color of my hair and the cut.
