I went to Color Bar with my girlfriend because it was convenient at the time, but it was a big mistake. After giving the same instructions I always do when getting my hair cut, Cheryl Murphy completely ignored these instructions and gave me a buzz cut. I didn’t have time to stick around and deal with it on the spot so I called back later and she hung up on me. I called back once again and received a lot of attitude along with “I don’t DO refunds”. Both myself and my girlfriend, who was a regular, will no longer go to this salon. Not just because of the haircut, but mainly because of the horrible customer service.

Used to love going here and started going in 2011 but stylists kept changing and moving. They used to do such a good job. Now the phone just rings and rings and you’re lucky you can get in!! The stylists also don’t give you their numbers to call.

Courtney is wonderful! She listens and is able to deliver exactly what you’re trying to attain. She is so pleasant to spend the time with and makes conversation the whole time! The salon is always so clean and has a friendly atmosphere.

Terrible customer service. I work close to their location and have attempted to get in touch with them a multitude of times. I only persisted because its close to work and home, and I have small children. When called, phone simply rings, no answer and the machine comes on during what is listed as their normal business hours.
