This was my second visit here. This time around i was not happy with the service i believe a salon is supposed to help u feel confident not worse. I went in for touch up color was told a price in the beginning to make sure what I was paying for and in the end the girl said a different went I asked why is it not the price yall told me in the beginning she said let me ask my “manager” and she said because it “the way it came out “ it was gonna be more like what ?? They ripped me off and that was so unprofessional and the girl cutting my hair had to ask the girl behind her if it looked good like are they college students still learning ? Worst salon experience!

I was Marrissas last client of the day and she was unprofessional by making me feel like she didnt want to do my hair. Everything felt rushed and she did not take her time. I went in asking for some hilights and a layered cut. It was so uneven and she cut more than I had asked and fried my hair.I went home and cried. Do not waste your money and trust her with your hair. If I could rate negative stars I would.

I had an appointment there and when I got there I was told to take a seat that my hairstylist I was booked with was not there yet. So I waited after 20 min into my appointment none bothered to ask me if I want something to drink . So I asked an an stylist where my hair stylist is and she didn’t know and send me to the manager. She didn’t know as well, so went back to my chair. After 30 min I finally had enough and just walked out! I was called shortly after by the manager apologizing and offering a free service saying the girl I was booked with was sick or something like that. Glad she bothered calling in to let them know so they can notify her customers! I drove all the way from Calallen to the south side for nothing! Will never go there again. They seem to be way overpriced anyways! Only bad reviews online, wonder how they still in business!

There Could not be a more disappointing Salon. I paid for a “balayage” that was streaky and box looking and not blended. It looks like really bad highlights and will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Worst part about it is the manager said she saw nothing wrong with my hair and that she did what she could with $200! I don’t not recommend this Salon and will never return!

Wasn’t sure at first, always a little skeptical of a new place. But that feeling was completely misguided! The stylists here are amazing, and I like the open feeling and setup of the salon itself. I will definitely be going back the next time I need something done, the stylist Andrea was amazing! I am very happy with what she did for me. Everyone should go to this salon!!!

I sat there for 10 minutes listening to three women sit in the back of the salon and gossip. No one ever came to cut my hair. I eventually just got up took off the Cape and walked Out the door. I stopped in to get a haircut. The woman behind the counter was less than friendly. She took me to a chair and put a cape on me and said she’ll be right with you. I sat there for 10 minutes listening to three women sit in the back of the salon and gossip. No one ever came to cut my hair. I eventually just got up took off the Cape and walked Out the door. I was served wine and it was a relaxing environment. The price was more than double of what I expected. We did discuss price upfront. I am pleased with the color and cut. Will be returning.

Wow! Being that’s it was my do time there they did a horrible job both hair & makeup photos that I showed to the the stylist & MUA was nothing like the pictures they were shown …don’t get me wrong I wasn’t expecting an exact match but I left there looking so bad my photographer for my bridal shoot didn’t want to take my photos due to she didn’t want her name associated with them she recommended strongly to reschedule … and when I called the manager/owner she totally disregarded my opinion and offered to redo my makeup but as if only to get me off the phone and smerk/ giggled when I said my eyebrows were bad with no sympathy what so ever.. so I would not plan to go back ever !!! Mind you she even said I was in a rush but I got there at 11:30 am and left exactly at 2:05 so 3 hrs??? No rush they took their time I was the only one in the salon.
