I had a great experience at Color & Co Beauty Salon. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The artist that I saw, Madi, was wonderful. She made sure that I was informed every step of the way and that I was happy with my hair’s outcome. She also made sure that my goals were realistic and that we were not damaging my hair. Crissa and Whitney were also very friendly and helpful! I felt like a spoiled princess.

I don’t even know where to begin about how much I LOVE this salon! I came to see Whitney a few months ago because my hair had been SEVERELY damaged color-wise at a different salon – years of black hair dye that I thought was semi-permanent but wasn’t. I was convinced that my hair was damaged forever and i would never be a light brown haired girl again. I filled out my appointment request online and Whitney got back to me within 24 hours with what was suggested to get my hair back to light brown based on my hair ‘goal’ pictures. She looked at my hair history and pictures and did a thorough analysis of what was needed. She was so beyond caring and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my hair to help me achieve my desired look. She was also super realistic with me and I knew she was telling me the truth! Very up front about the time and costs that were involved. Whitney is extremely well educated, extremely precise, gentle, cheery and overall SUCH a sweet person. My first appointment was a doozy because of how much damage color-wise my hair had been through – but we spent 8 hours together and I walked out glowing because of how much I loved my hair. She took such care hand-painting all of my highlights literally strand by strand and told me that her priority will ALWAYS be the health of my hair and giving it lots of love through this challenging process of lightening my hair (from literally blue black…). I did not know how awful my previous salon experiences were until coming to Whitney here at Color and Co and how high she has set the bar now! She re-vamped my entire hair care routine and I went home with everything I needed to take great care of my hair (shampoo, conditioner, serums, etc). I will never go to ANYONE else! She is the only one I go to with all of my questions and the only one i will trust from here on out with my hair. Seriously if you’re on the fence – book a consult and go meet her she will not disappoint! The prices are extremely reasonable here for the HIGH quality services and products you receive. Highly recommend this salon! I had my hair done by Macy. She was AMAZING!! I came in needing some color correction and she did that and more. I have never loved my hair more than I do after seeing Macy. She is great with natural looks. I suggest checking out the salon on their instagram and from there looking into the different stylists that they have. From what I have seen they are all super talented so it ultimately comes down to what you’re looking for. She required a consultation prior to service (for new clients receiving color treatments) which I loved. This allowed us both to make sure it was a good fit and for her to be better prepared for the day of my service. I will say the process was not short. I was there for about 6 hours. BUT, she had to do a lot of work on my hair and now I can come in about ever 8-10 weeks for a quick tone/cut and that’s it! The time flew by too. She was a pleasure to talk to and I can’t wait to return!

This is one of the best, most professional salons I have ever been to! I have been going to these stylists for years and have had the pleasure of watching their salon flourish since. It is truly an honor to go to such amazing stylists who genuinely care for their clientele. My stylist is Macy, but I have also been to Ben as well as Kimberly, and have had assistance on different aspects of my hair from Dominique, Crissa and Luisa, and I can honestly say that they are all so amazing that the word “talent” isn’t sufficient enough word to describe what each of the stylists at Color and Co. possesses. My favorite aspect is definitely the products they use on your hair to make sure to it remains healthy, and they are always willing to take the time to educate their clients, which has helped my hair personally come a long way to be so much stronger and healthier. I would recommend any of these amazing individuals to do your hair! If you need further proof of their abilities, go on the Color and Co. Instagram and see for yourself. Bottom line: the highest quality salon with the highest quality staff!

Color & Co. Salon is the. best. salon. in the Tampa Bay Area, HANDS DOWN. I found them through Instagram a couple of months after they opened last year and I am SO glad I did. At that time, I had a hair appointment at my old salon before a trip, but my stylist (who I had been going to for several years) had an emergency and had to cancel last-minute. I found Color&Co and told them my situation, and they bent over backwards to fit me in before my trip. I haven’t looked back since.

I cannot begin to describe the exceptional service, quality, and environment, provided by Color & Co. Years ago, I entrusted my hair to Ben. It was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I could not imagine going anywhere else. I, like most, dreaded getting my haircut. Ben completely changed that and moreover, he changed me. It may seem silly, but from the moment I step in the door, I am surrounded by nothing but kindness and truly exceptional people. Walking in Maddy is always sure to greet me with a smile and ensure that I remain comfortable during my minimal wait. Beyond having an amazing and genuine personality, she is extremely talented and I assure you, can meet any needs your hair may have. Next to her is the incredible Dominique Limon. No matter how busy she may be, Dominique makes the time to come say “Hi!” and ask me how I have been. I have watched Dominique transform hair before my very eyes and I must say, its quite incredible to see. Kimberly, Luisa, and Crissa complete this family of unique and amazing individuals, with their outstanding skill and consistent kindness. Now on to Ben. Ben truly sets the standard when it comes to talent. From magazine quality hair to color corrections, there is nothing he is not capable of accomplishing. Beyond his limitless skill, he is truly one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. On his days with limited availability, he finds a way to fit me in. Even on his day off, he came in to cut my hair the day before my medical school interview. I awoke the next day feeling confident, happy, and refreshed. I can truly say that Ben was a vital portion of my success during that day. He is always so genuinely interested in what I have going on and I truly value the friendship I have formed with him over the years. This salon is beautifully designed and possesses the best staff in the business. They spend the time to educate their clients and utilize top-notch products. There are plenty of salons that cut hair well, but Color & Co creates an experience unmatched by any. The attention is in the details and each member of this staff has perfected them. From the friendships I have formed during my hair appointments, I am so proud to say that I am in a sunshine state of mind and my hair has never looked better. Book your appointment with any of the stylists here and you will never have to look for another salon.
