Kim and Brian were excellent! I went recently with a friend and we both got gel manicures and pedicures. The result was fantastic and my nails look great- absolutely no complaints. They were both so kind and made my friend and I constantly laugh. Kim did my manicure and did a beautiful job. She was very gentle and took her time and made sure I was happy with the product. Brian did my pedicure and he spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my experience. My friend and I were both incredibly pleased with the care we received at Colonial nails and will 100% be back in the future. 100/10 recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do NOT recommend this place at all. It lacks professionalism and even appropriate service. The owner’s husband charged my husband and I more than what his wife quoted us and then refused to honor the quote. Half of staff are not even legit and one walked out while in the middle of my pedicure. It appeared she was being mistreated by the owner. This place is just straight sketchy. I would drive all the way to the city if I had to before going back to this place and it is literally two minutes from my house. Also, my gel nails did not even last 4 days. They were not even following simple COVID-19 restrictions either. Horrible experience and way over priced. The owner’s husband charged my husband and I more than what his wife quoted us and then refused to honor the quote. The inside looked clean and comfortable. However, the service I received was not worth the price. The lady seemed like she really didn’t want to do a pedicure and didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She wasn’t very good at massaging or exfoliating. I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks and wanted to like this place but I won’t be going back and prefer to drive further for a much better experience.

While she was removing the dead skin she went to high (literally) up on top of my food and cut it. It was bleeding and now I have a giant ugly scab.
