Critical: ProfessionalismMy 11 year old nephew was so excited to get a haircut with his dad but was Denied Service by this establishment. They refused to cut his hair that he had an appointment for because of a cough. His dad provided his negative covid test that his parent had him take as a precautionary and was taken the day before but they didn’t care. Unreal what our world has come too! My nephew was so upset he couldn’t get a haircut even with his negative test results. It only confuses him and outrages me. My 11 year old nephew was so excited to get a haircut with his dad but was Denied Service by this establishment. They refused to cut his hair that he had an appointment for because of a cough. The staff was friendly, social, and welcoming when I visited for a walk-in. It’s a family-owned establishment, so it felt nice to support the business as well!
