I needed a haircut and didn’t want to drive home during my stay at UNI, so I went here. They have good service and the ladies they are very sociable. It wasn’t what I was expecting though. It had an “old timey” feel. I thought it would be more trendy and modern being right next to the university. The haircut I received was good. It couldn’t compare to something I received from my old hometown barber, but it wasn’t bad either.

I’m currently sitting in front of the shop. I walked in 10 minutes ago wanting a quick cut, nothing fancy. One barber was in there, and she was working on someone. She said “I’m the only one here.” I said that’s fine I’ll wait! She then tells me she has appointments. I leave and go to my car to find another spot to get my hair cut. I glance in, and she’s sitting in there reading a magazine.

Walked in around 2:00pm for a hair cut, the entire place was empty, no customers, the lady asked me “ do you have an appointment” I said no, lady “ sorry we wnt be able to accommodate you” , I mean really lady you have nothing to do, there is no other customer. Appointment my foot.
