Monica did such a fabulous job! She listened very well to exactly what my daughter wanted. Her curls have never looked better!! She tested out a couple different products to see which one was actually right for her hair. She took the time to describe and teach her the steps that will help her the most. She was super informative and so fun to work with! My daughter had a couple of straight pieces before and they look so much better now! She transformed her hair and shaped it so well!! 10/10 would recommend going to Monica at The Collective Curl Salon for your curly hair cut & styling needs! She is extremely kind and listened closely to what I wanted and really delivered. She helped me find hair products that work best for me and helped give me a cut that was really flattering. She also showed me how to style my hair so that my curls would stay in tact and be way less frizzy! I’m so happy with my hair! 🙂

This was my first curly cut. Staff was so friendly. Talia taught me about my specific curly hair type and what it needs. I have learning about my curly hair for the last year but I actually learned lots of new things today. Kylie tag-teamed with her while diffusing my hair to save time, and it was fun to hear her tricks and tips as well. My hair is defined, clumpy, shiny, and now has volume thanks to this appointment! It took longer than expected (about 3 hours), but worth it in every way. So glad I made this appointment!

Talia was AMAZING! I brought my daughter in for her first curly hair cut. As a momma who doesn’t have curly, I have struggled to help her care for her hair. I have spent hours researching and trying to find things that work . It has been a journey trying to help her love her curls. One that hasn’t came easy and we have had a few mishaps from people who said they could cut curly hair. Talia took the time to explain every single step. She took the care in loving her curls.
