They were very professional about getting my medical information, asking if there are any parts of the body where I don’t like to be touched, asking if I have allergies to any lotions, etc. The incense, candles, lighting, and music made me feel very relaxed. They were very professional about getting my medical information, asking if there are any parts of the body where I don’t like to be touched, asking if I have allergies to any lotions, etc. The incense, candles, lighting, and music made me feel very relaxed. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismCouldn’t even schedule an appointment, tried contacting them multiple times via text and call, i know I was getting through because I got a response back once saying they were booking out about 2 weeks which I was fine with, tried several times after that to schedule something and never heard back again. Very disappointing. Couldn’t even schedule an appointment, tried contacting them multiple times via text and call, i know I was getting through because I got a response back once saying they were booking out about 2 weeks which I was fine with, tried several times after that to schedule something and never heard back again. Very disappointing. It shouldn’t be that difficult to schedule an appointment or even get a response if you’re running a business.
