I love this place. Clean, spacious and staff is friendly. There are also covid barriers. What I like most about Collagen is how a guest is treated. A basket of array of colors is brought to you. There is no guessing if it is a shellac polish or not. It is available in both. No yelling pick your color at this location

I have no idea how this place has such a good rating. From watching the people that knew everyone by name I felt like if your not a local you won’t get good service. Danny worked on my full set. The color was streaky, the shape of the nails were clubbed looking, and uneven. I had to ask for 8 of the 10 nails to be redone. I had asked for little daisies on 2 fingers of each hand and Danny said someone else could do it. She could not. I came out of there 4 1/2 hrs later with all the nails the same color and 1 of my toes is only half painted and another is lumpy.

I called ahead and made an appointment for two on Mother’s Day. I was told to come in at 11:30 AM because that’s when they’d have the most staff…. We showed up on time and waited 30min for just ONE of us to receive service. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting….. There were probably 3 other couples that sat and waited for “more staff to show up” but never did. More people kept coming in, only to wait as well.

If I could give this place a zero star I would have! I was here first waiting for almost 40mins and they keep on taking in customers that came after me! They doing it cause they are racist towards me since I’m black! They making me wait and wait for my turn to get my pedicure done but when they are finished they skip me and take in another customer! Never coming back to this place! Would not recommend anyone to go in especially if you are black like me!!!
