The first time I went to this salon, it was for a sew in about a month ago. It was flat and full but it was very tight. This morning, I had an appt for braids. The appt started @ 8. They didn’t try to start until 9:30. So many more problems but I’m just going to stay away from this salon. Someone else can receive my money. Braids

My hair turned out amazing, but unfortunately the costumer service was terrible. No one should leave their hair dresser crying. My experience started when I called to follow-up about an upcoming hair appointment and she said that she did not have a hair appointment for me. I had to reschedule something because she failed to schedule it the first time around. I tried to call the day before my appointment to ensure that I had an appointment. She did not answer her phone and text me midnight before my appointment saying I will see you at 8am. I scheduled my appointment for 9am and I asked when she wanted me in and she did not text me back. I got there at 8:30am and she did not show up until 9am. She previously told me over the phone that my hair would cost $160 for the style that I wanted and when I got there she said it would be $250 for my style. She ended up charging me $220. I had only taken out $200 because I thought it was reasonable considering that I was told I would be charged $160. She started my hair and then randomly stopped half way and said “you need to pay me now”. They did not disclose how payment would work, but rather, she just stopped in the middle. I gave her the $200 I had and said if I can wait until the rest was done because I didn’t want to walk outside with my hair half done. They refused to do my hair until I gave them the $20. I was forced to walk with my hair half way done to get $20. This was the worst experience of my life and I will not be back. I would not send my worst enemy to this establishment. They need to fix how they operate as professionals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Critical: ProfessionalismNever & i mean never would i ever go to these people again!!! She damaged my hair then had the nerve to say it’s the product i used smh i have been using the same products for over a year! My edges are damaged, I have sores in my head & when she asked me is she braiding too tight i said yes! She tried to loosen it but still braiding tight. Not even half way through my hair she’s asking for payment as if I’m gonna run out of her establishment told me one price on the phone but gave me a different price afterwards! VERY unprofessional service. The woman braiding my little sister’s hair not only failed to explain to my MOTHER about how payment works, but decided to YELL at her about the issue. Instead of speaking with an adult in a professional manner, she decided to be belligerent. Payment was never the problem, and had they explained that before hand, then there wouldn’t haven’t been a problem. And if payment was suppose to be made BEFORE the hair is started, then WHY would start my little sister’s hair and stop for 2HRS yelling and demanding payment like an enraged baboon?! We will NEVER return to this garbage establishment. Your customer service needs MUCH more improvement if you think yelling at a CHILD is EVER acceptable. You are VERY lucky the only abusive exchanges made were verbal. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this establishment.
