I went here and asked for a balayage, just to get horrible results. I was very exited to do it with the hairstylist because she’d done my sisters hair but she just ruined my hair. She seemed to be in a hurry the first time and just slapped the bleach on my hair as she was foiling. It was way worse than the pictures show because the pictures are after I went in for a readjustment. It was all different colors and she toned it again and the results were as below. I just wouldn’t recommend if you have a curly hair. The hairstylist I had it done with had over 20yrs of experience so I expected much better. Now I’m just left with streaky hair. Thanks Coles! The 2 starts are for hospitality alone, they’re pretty nice but service is just Bad!

I was happy they were able to fit me in last minute and at 8pm at that ! Very convenient! Anna was my stylist, I appreciated the fact that she didn’t force fake small talk and let me enjoy my experience in silence. The hair cut was nice 🙂 although, I wasn’t crazy about the way my hair was straightened. She skipped my roots, and took large sections when straightening. My hair was pretty frizzy up top but I was able to re-do it when I went home. It was a nice deal for $30 so I’m not complaining too much. Thank you 🙂

“Jessica H.” is by far the greatest hairapist this side of the Rocky Mountains! Just go see her. Your hair will thank you – even the chunks of your hair that fall to the floor during your visit. Just knowing that Jess’s careful, experienced cutting skills were what led to their demise will leave your former hairs happy, thinking about a life well-lived, as they get swept away and travel off into the giant vacuum graveyard on the floor. Yes, clearly it was yet another exceptional haircut with Cole’s best today! In fact my hair is already excited to go visit her again. Yours will be too. You owe it to your hair.

Big thank you to the staff at Cole’s, and Sue for taking care of my son. He is 13 and is growing his hair out but it was in need of a trim and he wanted a style but wasn’t sure what. He wouldn’t let me touch it and after explaining all of this to the receptionist upon setting the appointment, she understood his concerns and needs. My son had a big smile when he was done! He looked so handsome and I greatly appreciated the time you took to listen to me and Mahe my son comfortable and feel good about his style.

Jess H. did an amazing job with my hair. I went in having low expectations. I let Jess know that I don’t get my haircut often because I am usually disappointed. She asked me what I dislike and what I liked about my favorite haircut. She cut my hair exactly how I was hoping for! I hadn’t been satisfied with a haircut in years! I will definitely see her again!

I got my hair trimmed! It’s so uneven in the back! I couldn’t believe I paid 89.00 plus a 20 dollar tip! For a trim! She didn’t touch my bangs! Cuz I asked her not too! Glad I didn’t let her touch them! They said she was great with long hair! I got a better haircut at Sams for 20 bucks and cheaper on seniors day! My advise is don’t go to Coles to have your hair just trimmed! My hair isn’t even, straight on the bottom or tapered! Looks like the bottom of a broom! Chopped off! Even a broom is cut even! Not my hair! I gave 2 stars because I had a good experience getting a color and a cut by a gal in Eagans store! But she quit to have a baby! Find a good hair stylist is hard these days! If your lucky and find one! Stick there! Cuz you may be unhappy like me!
