The space is lovely and the masseuse very nice but the massage was terrible. I booked a deep tissue massage to work out soreness and kinks from exercise. I usually have to ask for less pressure but this was not deep at all. When I asked her to increase the pressure she said she was not able to. She said there is another masseuse who can go deep but it does not work for her. Why was I booked with her if she can’t do a deep massage? Then she does this “connective healing” thing which is her true passion and involves her resting her hands on my head until the song ended (she did this twice and the songs were not short!) and waving her hands over my body without touching me. If you are into that stuff, great. But it is NOT a deep tissue massage which I desperately needed.

I finally had my first massage after two plus years of covid. I booked a 90 minute massage at Cole Wellness and have to say it was amazing. The Masseusse was so in tune in addressing my aches and pains and I left feeling so much better. I will book another appointment very soon.

I had a great experience here until I went to pay. The 3 stars are for Rebecca, she is a great stylist, did a great coloring job, just a very pleasant person. It’s also for the cleanliness, its really a nice place. So when checking out, they would not honor my gift card of $100.00. I called the spa the day before to ask about expirations and they said their cards don’t expire. But they would not honor it because it was purchased from the previous owner. What? Sorry, but if you bought the business, alot of the customers come with it. That gift card was the only reason I was there. Very disappointing and poor customer service. They should have honored the gift card. Won’t return because of that, which is really unfortunate because I’d love to continue with Rebecca.

Upon family recommendations, my spouse called Cole’s to schedule a surprise facial for me for our anniversary and asked that they please not text me to confirm the appointment as it was a surprise. They assured her that no text would be sent. Not minutes after my spouse got off the phone with them, I received a text confirming my appointment, and confused, asked her about it. Surprise ruined. Then on the day of the treatment, I left work early to arrive for the appointment. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I was informed that the esthetician wasn’t coming in, and could I reschedule. No apology was made, no discount was offered, nothing. I was rescheduled for the following day, but upon consideration, my spouse called and cancelled the appointment after having me arrive home disappointed at how the whole situation was unfolding. The following morning, Cole’s called and cancelled (again) the already cancelled appointment for that day. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were assured that we would hear from them on Monday. No such call came. Upon family recommendations, my spouse called Cole’s to schedule a surprise facial for me for our anniversary and asked that they please not text me to confirm the appointment as it was a surprise. I get my haircuts from Rebecca and she’s absolutely the best! She is incredibly talented and every time she makes my hair looks amazing! The atmosphere is really great there and i always feel welcome and relaxed! Overall super place with repeated excellent experiences!

I came in to get my hair and makeup done for my engagement pictures. Rebecca did my blow out and she was great. I told her I was thinking about changing my hair color and she suggested a few colors that would work with my skin tone but wasn’t pushy at all. I can’t wait to go back and let her cut and color my hair. Karen did my makeup application and what an amazing job she did! She listened to exactly what I wanted when I mentioned I wanted more neutral makeup colors. My makeup was flawless but I still felt like myself!

I’m so glad to have discovered Kim, a truly talented massage therapist at Cole Wellness. I generally indulge in 90-minute Cole Signature Massage every month or two and have never been disappointed. While I fortunately don’t suffer from any ongoing neck or back problems, on occasions when I’ve had some issues she’s managed to resolve them for me. Although I enjoy trying new spa experiences when traveling, I’m always happy to return to Kim for a world-class massage without world-class resort pricing.
