Do not sign up for the membership!!! They tell you it’s a six month membership, but they don’t tell you is that you have to email corporate to cancel your membership and in your email you have to include a PIN number and an explanation as to when your membership was initiated….. how exhausting, who has time for that! That’s what you call deceptive practices at it’s best….. I should have read the fine print, watch out!!

From time to time the good Lord likes to remind me I’m no longer 21. On days like that I’m glad I found COLDFIT! Working on roofs takes its toll on my knees and ankles. After a couple of sessions and some GREAT sleep (always leaves me sleeping like a baby) I’m always back to 100% in no time. Staff is always friendly and it really is a cool environment.
