Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTerrible service and terrible management. Had a month package and went in to use the beds and was told they were all under maintenance. They said they would be back up in 2 weeks. It’s now been 2 months. asked for some sort of reimbursement such as a refund or time added for when the beds were down. The tanning beds are CLEAN and well maintained. The desired tan is easily achieved with new bulbs and beds. Tanning products are priced too high; You’re better off getting them elsewhere. The staff is accommodating if at all possible.

I love the bed but the staff is horrible. There’s one lady there that’s always so nice but when I called to see what time the beds closed they told me 11 when there’s a sign on the wall clearly stating midnight. I called last night to ask ahead of time before driving ALL the way there. They said as long as I’m there by 11:45 I could tan. Got there at 29 after and the same guy I spoke to on the phone had turned me and another girl away saying it was too late ?
