Both my wife and I have been coming here for the past two years. I’ve noticed that the last 6 times we’ve been here the service has diminished. Today, January 2, 2023 was the epitome of extremely poor customer service. The foot tub did not produce hot water nor did the jacuzzi work. For me my visit was over. Granted my wife continued on with getting her nails finished. For me I was past the point of letting them touch mine. It’s real sad that their customer service has hit this loss. Will we be back… I don’t know. They may have lost two faithful customers. If you are reading this PLEASE think twice before stepping foot in this business. There are plenty of other nail salons in Laguna Niguel.

The nail technicians here are very polite. I was very happy with the outcome of my nails and on top of that the cost was not outrageously high for a manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I must say that they do an excellent job at removing my painful ingrown toenails and they do it thoroughly unlike some of the other places that I’ve been to. The staff here are very experienced and very polite. was quoted over the phone $20.00 for acrylic fill and $6.00 for gel color. Upon scheduling an appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes, and was quoted at the chair $26.00 additional for the gel color. This place seriously over prices on the gel color when neighboring salons never charge more than $15.00. Would never recommend this salon to anyone due to the pricing and lack of consideration over price quote conflict. Integrity of the acrylics was mediocre and staff seems unfriendly. Other salons offer a cleaner environment with a smile. Don’t waste your time with this salon as neighboring salons in Laguna Niguel offer better service at better prices.
