Critical: QualityI went there for a regular blow out and flat iron. Now that I am washing my hair and it looks like they sneaked a texturizer in my hair. Most of my hair is straight and damaged now. I was completely natural with healthy curls when I went there. I am livid with this establishment and I’m just trying to prevent this from happening to someone else. I went there for a regular blow out and flat iron. Now that I am washing my hair and it looks like they sneaked a texturizer in my hair. Most of my hair is straight and damaged now. Critical: Quality, ValueThis my very first time coming here and it seemed like some people’s hair look very nice. So I took a chance. I don’t know who cut their hair but when I got my haircut it was a disaster the woman who cut my didn’t follow the cut I wanted. She just cut anyway she felt like cutting my hair. looks horrible and I am not happy at all. I told her and she didn’t say anything to make it better. She made me wait for someone else to dry my hair it felt like I was playing musical chairs Then the older woman there who was very nice and try to fix my hair by blowing it out and used the curling iron. I don’t know who cut their hair but when I got my haircut it was a disaster the woman who cut my didn’t follow the cut I wanted. Gave a call to set up an appointment, they had an opening for TODAY!!! There is an older woman working with “growing hands”!!! She is a classic Dominican hair stylist. Perm, treat, and pin curl… Everything is clean and proper protocol is being followed. Love it!
