Katelynn Hand seriously screwed up on my hair!! My hair cut is beyond jacked up and it has taken over a year and a half to almost get my hair cut even and it still isn’t even just yet!! My hairstylist said Katelynn seriously screwed up on my hair!! I used to go to Katelynn but I won’t ever again!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Katy Brown clearly does not know what she is doing. I went in for a balayage and came out with stripped uneven early 2000’s highlights. She did not saturate the hair evenly. I have stripes of pale YELLOW, gold, red in my hair. And this was after she TONED IT. Terrible would not recommend.

The girl who did my hair Kaitlyn, whom I spoke with thru messanger for 2 weeks, said she was qualified had done hair color for a few years. First, I was there for 7 long hours. Next, when she turned me away from the mirror, I want you to be suprised… I sure as Hell was ! I wanted blonde highlights, thats it.. I ended up with a reddish blonde color. But amazingly that wasn’t the worst that happened. She ended up FRYING my hair. She cut over 8 inches off, and it’s still damaged almost a year later !! I called and called to try and get resolution, to no avail!! I pray to god this idiot has stopped doing hair all together!! I give her a ZERO…

Showed up there at 4pm to get my daughters hair cut and was told no one was available. Either I was wrong and they are not open until 6pm or I was to much of a burden. Oh well I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else for my daughter.
