Clean facility with multiple tanning rooms. The beds are nice and everyone is friendly and helpful for the most part. I find it to be a bit pricey however in comparison to most places but this is all they have around here so it seems to be the only indoor tanning option. The beds and stand up units are really good though so you get what you pay for. My biggest issue by far is the 24 hour policy. For instance, I completely understand only one tanning session per day. But I went in at 3:30pm one day and attempted to go in at 1:45pm the next day. I was turned down because it was less than 24 hours. However on this day they also closed at 2pm therefore my unlimited tanning I purchased was worthless. I completely lost that day I paid for because of a couple of hours. No exception was made even though they were closing early. It’s not as if I could have left and returned at 3:30. I have lived in many different states and other countries who have a policy stating you can only tan once per day however this “exact time down to the minute” has never been an issue. Everyone has different work schedules. I work different shifts so this is super inconvenient. If I can’t go until 6pm on a Monday and work nights on a Tuesday, if I should attempt to go in before work that Tuesday that would not be possible. So essentially make sure you go in the same time each day. If you go in at 10am Monday, then 12 pm Tuesday, and 5pm Wednesday, just know you have set your time for the remaining days to be after 5pm due to the 24 hour rule. There should be a common sense rule applied here for customers to get their money’s worth or at least some sort of override exception for circumstances like this. . Also updating the Facebook page when there are holiday hours would be great so that customers don’t have to call or show up to read the sign on the door.Just a suggestion.

They have a neon sign up front advertising monthly tanning packages for $19/mo (some restrictions apply) I went inside to inquire and their cheapest monthly tanning package is $55. Or maybe $50 if you do an ongoing subscription. Doesn’t make any sense.
