If I could give 0 stars I would. I had never been here before and went into the salon to ask some information about their pricing. I stood there for a good 10 minutes while the employee behind the counter continued talking on her cell phone about what she was doing that night. Another employee came in for their shift change and asked if I had been helped. When I attempted to ask my few questions I was continuously interrupted by rude and short remarks. I have previously worked in a tanning salon and know what customer service is and what to expect. I was very disappointed. I will NOT be back.

Joined for $15/month, and they changed to $17/month after two months without letting me know, but I wasn’t bothered by that much, as it was pretty cheap still. After I cancelled my membership and took my credit card off of the account, they charged me 3 times, adding up to near $60, and took 3 weeks to reimburse my account. I personally spoke to the owner on the phone about the charges that had yet to be refunded, and she was not at ALL apologetic. Very rude woman! Sh did not care about the hassle to myself or about the money that her business TOOK from me. Will never come here again. The beds are okay but nothing to come back for at all.

Went in to use the rest of my minutes I had as explained by one of the sales reps that I could do. I was told that I did not have that option when I went in today and that I was out of luck because I was quoted misinformation. I bought 12 minutes and only used 6 my first visit because I wanted to save the rest for next visit. I asked to speak with someone else and the sales rep told me she was the owner’s daughter. I said that I would be going elsewhere and she did not try to stop me. As difficult of an industry as this is you would think customer service would be a priority.

This place is very clean the beds are well above average the owners change the bulbs often. Prices are reasonable if you tan in Blue Springs you have to try this place I believe once you try it you will not tan anywhere else.I don’t after trying all the other salons
