Using kinesiology tape, Aya has helped me recover from a dislocated finger and is currently taping me for a stress fracture in my foot. She is kind, attentive, and makes you feel heard. Both of my injuries were strange, and she made sure to check in at various points of the taping to see how it felt. Not only was it a great experience, she significantly reduced my pain level in both scenarios. The level of care she provides is beyond 5-star. I highly recommend scheduling with Aya!

Aya was the best!! So professional and kind, listened to what I needed and used the right pressure for me. I was having terrible neck pain from a bad pillow and after the massage was done my neck pain was gone and stiffness diminished greatly!
