Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was reluctant to get a much-needed pedicure because of Covid-19, but went to Coco Nails despite my fear. I was really pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness and diligence. First, you cannot wait for your turn inside the salon, and when you enter you better be wearing a mask! No mask, no entry. Next, they take your temperature and make you fill out a paper with your name, address, and phone number.Plexiglass dividers were strategically placed at the appropriate areas — between the pedicure chair and nail tech, as well as between the manicure chairs and nail techs. They only seated clientele in EVERY OTHER chair and sanitized diligently. I was VERY impressed!Cece did my pedicure and it was one of THE BEST pedicures I’ve ever had! The 10 minute foot massage was fantastic, and she was meticulous. I was reluctant to get a much-needed pedicure because of Covid-19, but went to Coco Nails despite my fear. I was really pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness and diligence. Critical: QualityThis is the second time I have gone to this nail salon and the second time I have had a terrible experience. Today was even worse as they injured me by scraping my trying to smooth my calluses and they scraped so much skin off my foot I am having trouble walking. I addition both times I had a ten minute foot massage and both times were awful. I can not even tell you how much my foot hurts. This is the second time I have gone to this nail salon and the second time I have had a terrible experience. Today was even worse as they injured me by scraping my trying to smooth my calluses and they scraped so much skin off my foot I am having trouble walking.
