The employees are nice, I always got a good massage. Also, the place always looks clean. Anyway, I can’t give more then one star because the owner is the rudest person that I could see. My husband bought a promotional deal with 10 massages or so. All the time when we came over the owner welcomed us bad. I got all my massages because we previously paid for, but I felt that the owner hated me. She never smiles and she isn’t helpful at all. Terrible way to treat customer, I guess that it is the reason why the place is always empty and they are on Groupon. I don’t recommend this place.

I had the reflexology treatment and I left very shocked when the owner told me that the tip I had planned on leaving wasn’t enough. This was my second reflexology and it was not nearly as good as the first one and so I didn’t feel I should leave the same amount as a tip. The owner told me I had had my feet rubbed for an hour and it was hard work for low pay. I told her that I work with SpEd kids and that also is hard work for low pay. She said she didn’t care and that I needed to leave a bigger tip. Why not pay her employees more? Last week I brought myself and two daughters there for pedicures and they were the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. (I get a pedicure prob every six weeks.) We were rushed with the whole pedicure taking 20 minutes and mine chipped the next day. They are rude and odd there, and will never go back.

I had a wonderful session. Would rate them 5 stars, up until the experience when checking out. The owner asked me how to leave a review on Living Social or Groupon because she wanted to do it. I explained she can’t, only the customer can after the visit. She persisted and asked me to show her the email that I get. She’s looking on, and I rated a 5. She said, “I’m old, I ask all the young girls like you how to do it” and chuckled. Um… you just gave yourself away?? I had no idea till I left what was going on. No wonder the Groupon and LS reviews are so high and don’t match Yelp and Google. The LS write-up also said the regular price of this service is $90, only to find out it is $60. I would have surely gone back, but now I won’t because of their business practices.

I came here with a friend on 3/17/18 around 2pm for pedicures. The place was EMPTY (should have been our first sign) and they took us instantly. While we were picking our colors the owner congratulated my friend on her pregnancy, spoiler alert, she’s not pregnant. During the pedicures the technician spilled my friends iced tea EVERYWHERE. After the pedicure we were paying (no tipping on the credit card) and the owner kept telling us that a 20% tip is customary, while we were tipping in cash for about 15%. Honestly, the pedicures were average and a 15%, tip would be customary for an average service. And that’s not including the problems I stated before.
