CoCo Spa Nail

Critical: CommunicationI saw their instagram and they had some cool designs, so I wanted to try it out. I also have never gotten acrylics before. Long story short I loved the nails. Overall my first visit was good, except the nail lady accidentally cut one of my fingers (ouch). But I still thought they did a great job and was planning to return. After about a little over a month, I realized acrylics just weren’t for me. So I scheduled an appointment to get them removed and for a manicure. The whole time the nail people complained to me and said that it is hard to remove acrylic. It was my first time trying them!! I was also paying them to remove it, and it’s part of their job. So I had no idea why it was becoming such a big deal to them. Anyways they finish removing it and he directs me to pay, even though I didn’t get my manicure yet. So I pay and still give a nice tip. He says bye, and I bring up that I also scheduled a manicure. He does it, not asking my preference, and does a uneven job. I saw their instagram and they had some cool designs, so I wanted to try it out. I also have never gotten acrylics before. Long story short I loved the nails. Overall my first visit was good, except the nail lady accidentally cut one of my fingers (ouch). But I still thought they did a great job and was planning to return. Critical: QualityThe worst pedicure I have ever had. Nail polish on the skin around the nails, heal callus removal too light to make a difference despite the $11 up charge. I felt all they tried to do was up charge up change for every little thing. Very unprofessional speaking Chinese amongst the employees. That is very rude and unacceptable! The worst pedicure I have ever had. Nail polish on the skin around the nails, heal callus removal too light to make a difference despite the $11 up charge.
