Only if I could put 0 starts… Front end person literally needs to take some customer service classes, very rude and mean man. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior to my visit for manicure extensions and pedicure , this place was recommended to me by a coworker. I live 1 hour away and it was a difficult trip for me and it was a rush hour so I was 15 minutes late, but I called and let the front end know the situation. I really needed this appointment because I was going on vacation. But guess what?! I come in and this rude man tells me that because I’m late there is no time for my extension manicure and pedicure. Completely disappointed I turned around and left and never coming back!!! I’m not going to say anything about the nail job because I didn’t get a chance to try it but I would really fix some customer service skills!!!

I love getting my nails done here! I’ve been twice and Tina has done an amazing job on the gel extensions. She goes the extra mile to make sure I like how she’s doing the length, shape, and even if I still like my color choice. The prices are also super fair, especially for Bergen County.

I have been coming to this salon for 8 years. I have always loved this nail studio and been a loyal customer. However, they lost a customer today, they will never get my business again. Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg and be ripped off I do not suggest coming here. The price for a gel manicure is $35 which is a little expensive from when it always used to be $25 but I understand with how expensive everything has gotten. However I feel like CoCo is just a rip off at this point for how much they charge you for any little extra detail. If you want a matte top coat that’s $5 extra, even though you have to do a top coat regardless so why more expensive if it’s matte? If you want a French manicure that’s $8 more expensive. Today, I asked for an ombré manicure and she told me it was going to be $30 extra!!! Just for ombré which is not a very complicated design and normally designs are only $10 extra. At that point, it’s just a rip off and greedy asking for $30 on top of the already $35 that the manicure is! I also wanted to get an extension on a few of my nails because they broke after the last time I got them done. But I was informed that an extension is $10 extra which I thought was reasonable, but I was wrong. It’s $10 PER NAIL. Which would have made it another $30 extra. There is no way the materials needed for an extension cost $10 per nail. That is absolutely ridiculous and appalling, I’m very disappointed with this business.

I came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I unfortunately will NOT be coming back. I had the most painful manicure of my life here, done by Suh. She was very harsh on my nails and cuticles and made me bleed multiple times around my cuticles. Even with visible blood, she was still very harsh with my nails and had no care for them at all. After coming here for years, Coco used to be $25 a gel manicure and has raised the price to $35. After this horrible experience I will not be coming back. There are other nail salons around that offer you quality care and service.

I never write the reviews usually, but this time I randomly picked the salon to get my Uv gel nails done, and I must say this salon and the woman’s name Amy now goes into my top 3! It’s been a week and nails look like new, perfect shape, no lifts from water , NOTHING!!! I love it! So happy I finally found a place that’s 2 min away from my home with such professionals! Also all the other people who work there made me feel super comfortable! Def recommend! And it also has great prices!

Coco is the best around! I travel 15/20 minutes to come here despite there being several nail salons closer to my home. This salon is extremely clean and fairly big, and the owners and staff are so friendly. I’ve found my pedicures here to be longer than any other place I’ve been to, while fairly priced at $21. There’s a great selection of colors and my gel manicure typically lasts 2-3 weeks every time. The reward points system is also really good, with double points earned every time one pays with cash. I’m able to cash in my points for a free pedicure every few weeks. I’ve been visiting Coco usually every 2 weeks for the last year.

Very clean and sanitary! Love the owners and all of the nail and pedicure technicians. Many of my family members travel far to get to Coco nails because they do quality work that lasts. I highly recommend an appointment as this little treasure is not a secret, and packs up.
