I’m a regular here, never had a problem. I call one day to have an appointment. The person on the phone confirmed with me to come at 9 AM. I show up and she says we have nobody to do your nails now. I told her then why you co formed my appointment? She said I didn’t know it was you!! I told her can anyone else do my nails, she said she don’t know how to do the shape !! Or color ?? I just wanted a fill and basic round shape. Don’t waste your time. None of it made sense .. I made arrangements to be able to come and this is what happened. So basically if I was someone they don’t know they just give you ghost appointments then tell you to come back later after you’re committed.
